By accessing or using RandomVoiceCall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RandomVoiceCall.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.
You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account & Registration

RandomVoiceCall allows anonymous use. If you create an account:

You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must provide accurate information where required
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

4. Acceptable Use Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech toward other users
Sharing, soliciting, or discussing sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
Sexual conduct without explicit mutual consent
Recording calls without consent of all participants
Impersonating any person or entity
Attempting to identify, dox, or stalk other users
Distributing malware, spam, or phishing content
Circumventing bans or access restrictions
Using bots or automated scripts
Violating any applicable law

5. Points & Virtual Currency

Points are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
Points are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law
We may modify point costs or the points system at any time
Points lost due to Terms violations will not be refunded

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RandomVoiceCall — logos, text, graphics, code, design — is property of RandomVoiceCall or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. You may not scrape or data-mine our platform.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDOMVOICECALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination
