Summary: RandomVoiceCall is built with privacy first. We do not record your voice calls, we do not sell your data, and we do not require you to create an account with real personal information. All voice and video is transmitted peer-to-peer and never passes through our servers.
1. Who We Are
RandomVoiceCall ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website randomvoicecall.com and provides an anonymous random voice and video chat service. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our platform.
If you have any questions, contact us at: contact page.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not record or store voice calls or video streams.
- We do not collect your real name, address, or government ID.
- We do not access your contacts or location beyond country-level detection.
- We do not use facial recognition or biometric data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To match you with a random partner in real time
- To provide, maintain, and improve the RandomVoiceCall service
- To prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity
- To comply with applicable laws and legal requests
- To show relevant advertisements via Google AdSense
- To analyze anonymous usage patterns and improve user experience
4. How Voice & Video Calls Work (WebRTC)
All voice and video communication uses WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. This means:
- Your audio/video travels directly between devices — it does not pass through our servers.
- All streams are encrypted with DTLS-SRTP, the same standard used by WhatsApp and Google Meet.
- We use STUN/TURN relay servers only to help establish connections through firewalls. These servers see encrypted data only and do not store it.
- We cannot hear or record your calls. It is technically impossible given our architecture.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Session management: Keeping you logged in during your visit
- Preferences: Remembering your settings (e.g., ad display preferences)
- Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (if enabled)
- Advertising: Google AdSense may set cookies to show relevant ads. See Google's ad policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdSense: Advertising. Google Privacy Policy
- Xirsys / TURN servers: WebRTC connection relay (no content stored)
- Hostinger: Web hosting provider
- Cloudflare (if active): DDoS protection and CDN
We do not sell your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Session data: Deleted when you log out or after session expiry (typically 30 days).
- Call records: Only metadata (duration, timestamp, partner ID) retained for billing purposes. No audio/video stored.
- IP logs: Retained for up to 7 days for security purposes, then automatically purged.
