Before You Contact Us — Common Questions

My microphone is not working. What do I do?

First, check that you allowed microphone access when the browser asked. Go to your browser settings → Site permissions → Microphone, and make sure randomvoicecall.com is allowed. On iPhone, go to Settings → Safari → Microphone → Allow. Then refresh the page and try again.

I cannot find a match. Nobody is connecting.

Matching depends on how many users are online at the same time. Try during peak hours (evenings in your time zone). If the issue persists for more than 5 minutes at different times, please email us with your browser name and device type.

How do I report a user who was abusive?

Use the Report button during or immediately after the call. If the button was not available, email safety@randomvoicecall.com with as much detail as possible — approximate time of the call, what was said, and any identifying information the person revealed. We take all safety reports seriously.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Since RandomVoiceCall does not require registration, we hold very minimal data about you. To request any data deletion under GDPR or CCPA, email legal@randomvoicecall.com from the same network you used the platform on. Include your approximate usage dates and we will process the request within 30 days.

Can I advertise on RandomVoiceCall?

Yes. We accept direct advertising partnerships in addition to our standard ad network. Email business@randomvoicecall.com with details about your campaign, target audience, and budget.

I found a security vulnerability. How do I report it?

Please email security@randomvoicecall.com with details of the vulnerability. We take security seriously and will respond promptly. Please do not publicly disclose any vulnerability before giving us reasonable time to address it.
